Home Inspection

During a home inspection make sure your inspector:

  • Walks on roof

At first glance the home may appear to be in great shape, but it may contain a defect that could be financially devistating. Our inspectors are  licensed builders with many years of experience, we will help you make an informed decision.

Our inspectors welcome you to walk along during the inspection so that you may ask questions or voice concerns. Let your inspector be your tour guide as he moves through the home, he may point out things you were not aware of. Your inspection will take approximately 2-3 hours based on the size of the home and number of inspection being performed and issues found.

At the end of the inspection there will be a presentation including illustrated photos of everything that was found during the home inspection. Your inspector will explain in detail the positive and negative points of the home.

Radon Testing

You can not see, taste, or smell radon, don't risk lung cancer in you or your family.

Radon is a radioactive gas. It comes from the natural decay of uranium that is found in nearly all soils. It typically moves up through the ground to the air above and into your home through cracks and other holes in the foundation. Your home traps radon inside, where it can build up. Any home may have a radon problem.

The only way to tell if your home has dangerous levels of radon is to test for it. Once detected, homes with high levels of radon can be easily fixed with a radon mitigation system.

  • We use the continuous monitoring system by Sun Nuclear.
